In OT theory, sex and relationships are considered as part of meaningful activity. Yes!

If you have any sexual dysfunction, it will affect your self esteem, your mood, your relationships and your physical health.

If you have a physical or mental condition, there is a chance that it affects your libido, interest or desire.  It may also put barriers in your way in terms of how you physically manage to have sex or intimacy.

I am a proud member of the My Sexual Health multidisciplinary team consisting of doctors, physios, psychologists and educators all striving to help people deal with sexual related issues.

Conditions I treat include:

  • Anxiety related to sexual pain or disorder

  • Desire discrepancy in relationships

  • Unconsummated relationships

  • Low or high libido

  • Gender dysphoria

My practice is queer friendly and I work enthusiastically in the LGBTQIA+ space but I am just as passionate about cisgender, monogamous people too!
